Everything was much better than I invisioned
I truly appreciated the service representative, Star. She was very friendly and thorough . She helped me find my way to the unit and even came back and helped me with the locking procedure. I was thrilled when I got inside my 5x10 unit; it is bigger than I imagined and immaculate . The whole building is immaculate and well lit. I would definately reccomend your establishment .

DONT RENT HERE! UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT RASING RENTS! ⚡Constantly raises prices! ⚡I haven't even been a paid customer for over a year but my rent has increased over $120 dollars. It's and that it isn't even that nice of a storage unit. People block the driveway with uhauls (was very annoying on move in day). I bet the person that works in the office is nice but this review is just about the facility itself. Also during the winter they don't plow or even shovel! As I was moving out two other people were complaining about the same thing! I almost paid around $400 after raised rents for over a year!

I’m very happy with how secure the building is, the location is easy to get to and convenient for where I live, and I found the rental process to be very straightforward. When there was a price increase for my units, it was communicated clearly through email, which I very much appreciated. The move out process is very easy! I initially hadn’t been sure how it would work since I’m not able to get there during normal office hours. I was able to send an email with a picture of my empty unit, and they take care of the rest! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing storage solutions!

She was knowledgeable and very friendly. In fact, she was training a new employee and I could see she takes pride in her job. She made my registration very smooth.
