It’s been an awesome time renting here. Never had any issues with accessing my unit except once my froze lock and the manager here helped me with that very quickly. As well as my car died once and the manager again helped me by giving it a jump with his vehicle. Amazing customer service at this location and very secure. Unfortunately, CubeSmart raised the monthly payment of my storage by about $50 and I decided to downsize because of that, but good quality storage and quality service at this location in Monroe, CT.

Andrew StepanoffFriendly customer service. Made the process of setting up a new account easy with most of the work done while I was parking my RV into a back in slot. No time wasted, we worked in parallel not series. On exiting we finished by paying, getting our entry code and instructions on setting up the app on our phone for automatic payment and phone touch gate opening. The office was clean and warm on a cold and blustery day.
