Everything went smoothly. Very easy to get to from the expressway and to leave . Paperwork was easy . The customer service was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Definitely will be using this again as our go to unit while in college .

We are very excited and happy to be with the lock up! They have been kind, loving, considerate, and patient. We appreciate them going out there a way to show kindness to our nonprofit organization. Not many people would extend a hand to help a nonprofit in its early stages, but it has gone the extra mile to ensure that we have what we need in the right size and capacity. They have been more than kind, even the manager coming out to assist us in getting things in the storage. We totally Recommend this company, because they care about the community and they want to help you have the best experience possible! The quality and convenience makes you feel safe and going in your storage, especially with the crazy world today. You donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel like others are in there that are not supposed to be there. The cameras are all over and they will check on you to ensure your safety. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say enough good things about The Lock Up in Milford.

I was moving and in need of an upgrade to a larger storage unit over the Labor Day weekend. I arrived at the facility 45 minutes to close and was able to sign a new lease agreement and move my belongings before closing. I appreciated being able to do this on short notice as I needed the extra storage space.
