Excellent service, well kept and easy to use
I did everything in a rush, and t got done! Helpful friendly people on their phones was refreshing! Thanx for an easy time!
3 months in, rate doubled
I signed up in November at $63/mo (about $83 after insurance and tax). By January I had received notice that it was doubling to $126/mo ($150 after insurance and tax). Meanwhile they are advertising $59/mo (and that's not a promotion) on my unit size. Customer service didn't care, saying it was within their rights to make adjustment changes as they're a month to month location. The location is overall in ok condition. Ceiling has some leaks. If you walk inside the back you can tell somebody is clearly storing/growing weed as it smells like that 100% of the times I've gone in there. Half the time the back entrance "loading area" is left wide open all day with no security, right next to the door that you have to put your pin code in, completely defeating it's purpose. Manager has spent more time hounding me to leave a review on the business, than actually keeping me as a client, so here's your review.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. I worked with Matt and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The storage unit is located in a safe area and was easy to access, which made everything stress-free and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage.
Lisa McLoughlinDisappointed Specifically got the storage unit bc I would be traveling and clearly stated no mail. They mailed a letter to increase my fees when we discussed an email or phone call would be needed. The only resolution given was to vacate or pay almost $100 more for the same unit. Had to return from my traveling just to vacate. Upon doing so a 18wheeler blocked the entire driveway, ramp, walkway including handicap parking. Doors were always an issue and always closed on me when moving in and out. Buttons constantly broken. No security, at dark lights are almost in motion sensors but one light close to the office barely lit the parking lot. There’s a sign the doors don’t close entirely asking customers who pay to make sure doors are shut… Disappointed in everything. Not temp controlled.

Smurf SiegeExtra space on Manning Rd in Enfield Connecticut offers good storage units and easily the best customer service ive had in any field of business. Matt especially consistently goes above and beyond. He specifically gave me a guided tour, helped me unload my truck, helped me with parking when i was moving, and even went as far as calling around to find me a discount of $100/month which is unheard of in 2025. The consistent efforts are why I will never choose another storage unit, putting the customer first will always make the customer last. 5 star service is the minimum Matt has to offer at Extra Space enfield.
