I did everything in a rush, and t got done! Helpful friendly people on their phones was refreshing! Thanx for an easy time!
I signed up in November at $63/mo (about $83 after insurance and tax). By January I had received notice that it was doubling to $126/mo ($150 after insurance and tax). Meanwhile they are advertising $59/mo (and that's not a promotion) on my unit size. Customer service didn't care, saying it was within their rights to make adjustment changes as they're a month to month location. The location is overall in ok condition. Ceiling has some leaks. If you walk inside the back you can tell somebody is clearly storing/growing weed as it smells like that 100% of the times I've gone in there. Half the time the back entrance "loading area" is left wide open all day with no security, right next to the door that you have to put your pin code in, completely defeating it's purpose. Manager has spent more time hounding me to leave a review on the business, than actually keeping me as a client, so here's your review.
