Roger CawthraMatt was off on Friday the 23rd so I was dealing with Steve. STEVE was as great person to work with as Matt usually was. I arrived about 11:00 and was the only customer at the time. We discussed all the ins and outs of the unit being rented and got to the pricing, which is where the talk of the unit insurance came into the picture. I discovered that for over 3 years I had been overpaying for company insurance when my renters insurance should have been covering to this day. THANKS TO CARLA TELLING ME SHE COULD NOT ACCEPT MY RENTERS POLICY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SPECIFIC ENOUGH. A simple phone call to my carrier rectified the situation and saved me almost 20 bucks. Thank you Steve for going that extra MILE . In the between time a couple of other customers arrived and Steve handled them with kid gloves. Great job all the way thru the transactions (mine and theirs).

I inquired about the snow in front of my new unit and without hesitation he offered to shovel it out for me so I could get my things packed up. Thank you so much man and I will absolutely come back
