Turk was the best
Turk at the front desk was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure exactly what unit I needed and he took the time to show me all the different size units. The facility is bright and clean. I would highly recommend.
Prime Storage
I rented a unit sight unseen. There was a promotion for 2 months free. When I arrived I was blown away by the facility. It is clean, all enclosed and safe. There's also an elevator and Dolly's. Turk was very kind and helpful. The location is not only convenient to 84 but also peaceful as there were deer roaming the property at 2:30 in the afternoon. Absolutely would recommend the facility.

This ja an excellent Prime Storage location. Teresa and her team are incredibly helpful and transparent. The facility is clean, organized, and very well maintained. Teresa also sent all the payment and access details ahead of time, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Lisa PetersenI moved my business from CubeSmart to Prime - facility is far superior, the cost (advertised) was much better. And the GM at my location was & always is so helpful & accommodating. Teresa- is amazing. One of the reasons I changed from CubeSmart if their lack of Customer service… they were nasty. Teresa is always willing to help. My 1 complaint is I submitted my Renters insurance to show my belongings are insured by me & I am still getting charged monthly for insurance I don’t need. I am not sure how to get my money back on this. Teresa has been working on this since November. Prime Storage is such a great storage facility!!

I brought my business from CubeSmart to Prime Storage and I’m so happy I did. The facility is so clean & the equipment (elevator) is always in working order. Anytime I have a question Teresa is always answering the phone. She’s always there to help the clients/customers.. My only negative is trying to reduce the insurance fee. I’ve sent in proof of my own renters insurance for approval and I still end up paying the $17 a month., When I was told it would be reimbursed since November.
Celene BodienI appreciated the ease of making monthly payments, and getting in and out of my unit. I took a star away because after moving out of my unit, all of my things smelled like moth balls. I understand that management can’t help what renters store in their units. But it did affect my overall experience.
