The employee working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
My only concern is that my storage unit door does not close completely at the top. It is a bit bent. The carts are also older and difficult to navigate. All in all it was very easy to make a reservation, obtain the access code and move in on the day that was desired. Renee (in the office) was very helpful.
Moving here from out of state, I chose this storage facility sight-unseen. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The store manager, Renee, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
It is very clean and the people that work there go out of their way to help you.
Lovely staff and facility, no ring in was east and convenient……..would highly recommend to family and friends.
