No staff on duty to handle urgent need.
Had a five-man professional move crew doing a full household move into storage. For starters, only one of two freight elevators was operational. This was a disaster for my crew as well as other patrons. Had a crisis when became apparent I needed additional storage unit, no staff there to assist, and nothing but voicemail when trying to contact facility manager. Talk about stressful! Had to take drastic action. Not a positive experience; could have been a disaster. Fortunately, was able to reconcile the following day. Property manager was extremely helpful with resolving the additional unit rental situation.

Holly was amazing! She was so helpful and professional. I had just called your customer service and he was not very helpful at all. I was about to cancel my reservation but them I spoke with Holly at your Northgate facility and she turned it around. She was fantastic! I will now recommend that facility.

He warmly greeted us, cancelled her account very quickly, escorted us to the unit, and advised us on how to proceed. It was an really simple process and he treated us with such kindness. It was a bit of a difficult process for my cousin and he was gracious and compassionate. And he laughed at all of my irreverent jokes. :-)

With a staff who’s always been very welcoming & helpful, or the highly competitive prices regardless of what size the unit is, this location checks all the boxes! For me personally however, my hands down favorite amenity they just started offering is the 24hr access provided for those tenants who really desire the ultimate option of convenience…doesn’t matter what time of day or night, if you want the ability to access your unit WHEN you want, now you can! Not to mention, having this luxury is literally only $20 extra!👏🔥👌💯
