We immediately received a call from a very polite, Extra Space Storage employee to help set up our reservation, find out what we needed and go from there. We arrived at Extra Space and we were kindly greeted by Dustin. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and polite. Dustin answered all of our questions and concerns, drove us to our unit, explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything, and had every question or concern addressed. Dustin made sure we left feeling knowledgeable and safe renting with them. Amazing customer service skills! The facility was super clean, organized, very welcoming and very well maintained . We are very happy we found Extra Space Storage, and very thankful for Sparefoot.com helping make that happen. ❤️
