Super easy and fast check in process, clean facility, great price
Very happy with this facility. Would definitely recommend.
Easy reservation and move in process!
I did the online account set-up, where you can just move directly into your unit. I came to the facility during business hours and the office was closed, with a sign on the door saying they would be back. (They never came back). This place has a serious homeless problem. After moving my things into the unit, I attempted to use the restroom. Upon trying to open the door, a gruff man who was in the bathroom screamed through the door to "Get the F away or he would kill me." I jumped a foot and sprinted to my car. This was on a Saturday midday, with the facility's office unattended. Later, when I went back to the facility, there was a homeless man waiting at the motion activated door to sneak past me, which he did. The facility is nice and newish and clean. The sign-up and move-in process was super easy. The location is great, so this place has a ton of potential. It just seems like they need to staff it better and keep a watch out for trespassing. I'm a big man and generally don't worry about my safety. But I did at this place and worry about the safety of the other unsuspecting people who try to use the bathroom. I was also charged $20 for a lock that I was never given. Going to reach out to them to hopefully get my money back.
