Paperwork was ready upon arrival. Gentleman at the counter was very helpful.
It was so simple. And there were no hidden fees when I got there. Everything they told me on the phone was exactly what I got when I walked into the facility. No surprises at all. And it was the best price of a list of about 25 different facilities. And the one that I had right before, was a trash bin compared to this one.
We needed a storage unit fast and reasonably prices and we found willowstone through sparefoot and it saved us good money!!
Great facilities if you don't need climate control inside a building. I could drive up to my unit. Great staff too, very friendly and helpful.
