I stored my property at Extra Space Storage at 5195 Austin Bluffs Pkwy in Colorado Springs, CO. I rented a 10 x 10 unit in July 2018. In the two years I rented the unit, they raised my rent twice on the anniversary. They raised it $27.00 each time. Needless to say my property is no longer there. I expected an increase each year but 25% increase is absurd! Use Public Storage, they are much less expensive.
I started online and as soon as my information went in she was calling me with a better deal. It wasn’t great circumstances I needed to get a storage unit, That being said she couldn’t have made it any better!
