I reserved a unit on line and was able to move in the same day. The units are available for a minimum of 12 hours a day and the gates are locked at night, which is reassuring that my possessions are safe, yet accessible.

I’ve been with Beamer Street Storage for a few years and they have been amazing. They always answer when I call, even after hours when I get locked in, etc. they get right back to me and help me. They have really turned this place around, it used to be pretty unsecure and now I feel very safe when I’m there and I feel very safe having my belongings there. There’s two gates, there’s no longer homeless people camped out in there. It has seriously made such a difference having new ownership love it would recommend anyone.

My daughter has connected with the staff to set up my rental storeage and they have assisted her in obtaining a unit and where and what instructions via email text and phone correspondence on where and what are needed to use the facility and access the unit.

Erin MitchellTHIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND SKETCHY STORAGE PLACE IN GRAND JUNCTION! I cannot get ahold of anyone who can actually do their job, they overcharged me $74 for last month WHICH STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED! The girl that works there says she cannot do any type of refunding, her supervisor has to do it! There is no contact information for a supervisor, no one returns my calls and then I got sent a reminder that my bill is past due for OCTOBER!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND A SCAM OF WHICH I HAVE TO TEPORT TO AUTHORITIES AND PRESS CHARGES OF FRAUD AND THEFT! DO NOT STEP FOOT ON THIS PROPERTY!!
