The storage facility seemed clean and the storage unit was acceptable. The only negatives are the $29 “admin” fee, which I think is excessive, and, at the time of the rental, we didn’t have our insurance policy paperwork so were charged $12 additional per month. I was told I could get it credited if I submitted proof of insurance. I submitted my documents as soon as I got home (4 days later since I am out of state), but I was told I wouldn’t get the credit. Other than that, the unit was easy to get to and seemed fine.
I gave my overall a rating of 2 because my gate code would not work when I tried to go in. There was a phone number to call and I was given a temp code, but it took 15 minutes to get in. This is a good cheap place, not fancy.
I have had to get a temporary code twice because my gate code would not work.
