Big Rob was a great help when we arrived to sign paperwork. It was just before closing. Big Rob walked out to my car to have my friend sign the documents since my friend is wheelchair bound. I had rented a 5 x 10 and realized I needed a bigger one so I rented another one 5 x 10. Big Rob called me this morning saying I’d be better off getting a 10 x 10 so I did. He was very helpful and got me a unit right by the door Big. Rob was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the company and different ways to save me money with only getting one insurance instead of two. I would definitely recommend birthed Public storage

I went to Public Storage looking for a climate-controlled 10'x10'. Big Rob greeted me with a friendly smile, introduction and handshake. He was really positive, professional and helpful. He showed me around the property, discussed policies/procedures and answered all of my questions, then I signed up. Overall, a very smooth experience and look forward to storing my belongings at this business.

Prices have always been higher than what I actually signed up for (was supposed to receive some kind of deal for the first year). On top of that, between two calls to customer service and three stops into the office, it took almost 6 months for them to stop charging me for their own insurance they offer despite having shown I paid for my own the entire time with USAA – and they still refused to reimburse me AT ALL for their own mistake of never removing it from my account. Now though, now they want to charge you an extra $15/mo just to be able to have 24/7 access to your storage unit. What a joke. The app doesn't even work to open the gates to the facility remotely. Why in the hell someone would be okay paying anything extra here is beyond me. If I didn't have so much shit here that I have to schedule a weekend or two to move it all, I would've been gone months ago. Save yourself the mulitple migraines and the hassle and go elsewhere for your storage unit needs. UPDATE: So, I did hear from the District Manager in the area for Public Storage. After leaving my review here, they called wanting more details on my negative experience. While I didn't expect any magical fix, the gentleman I spoke with seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to help and understand however he could. My account was credited a portion of what I was overcharged the first several months here, which was appreciated since I expected nothing to ever be done by this point. I just wish whoever runs this location directly, would show even half of the concern the DM showed for my concerns.

Nicest and newest most secure storage in town and it's up to you if it's either unfortunately or fortunately you that you also pay for it. The big corporation that owns it now is impersonal and distant, but the one employee that runs it is enthusiastic and gets the job done well. My possessions feel safe except for the spiders and mice. I should have gone with the indoor climate controlled units, but they were pricey.
