this is a great place. Staff is awesome. and they're very friendly. The manager Natalie is very understanding and patient. the place is clean. the one downside is how early access to the gate ends. I give it two thumbs up

The guys at cube smart storage. Walnut facility Staff great customer service reps and location managers. Jerry and Bill have great knowledge and support for the customer. Clean buildings, great price and friendly staff. Great job for hiring these guys..
Amazing experience all around.
The service is incredible, Jerry and Bill are a 2 man operation but you immediately feel a sense of safety and security. They take the time to answer all of your questions and are make sure you are 100% comfortable with the workings of the property. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who asks. I also was very pleased that while signing all my paperwork Jerry addressed a few of the concerns of other storage tenants that had been mentioned in reviews. Wow, just wow!!!

I had such a great experience at CubeSmart thanks to Lesley! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. She gave me a full tour and walkthrough of the property and the unit, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated being able to see exactly which unit I wanted before making a decision. It fit all of my belongings perfectly, and I felt confident in my choice. On top of that, they were offering a great deal, which made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent — Lesley smiled the entire time and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage with great service and a smooth process! Thank you!!
J DagYvonne was very detailed and friendly. I love the place it's clean and for an old woman, restrooms on site is very convenient. I don't remember if any storages has one for clients only usually they have it in the office. Thank you Yvonne or Leslie (I forget names pardon me) for helping me out on choosing the space unit 😊
Chichin HsuIt is rare, with these chains, to encounter service that actually makes you feel like a valued customer as an individual, but Yvonne (the manager) does a great job of being responsive, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and even caring. Oh - and the facilities are always clean, well kept, and consistently and reliably tended to. I have found this also gives me a sense of security knowing that someone is around, being actively aware and attentive. Would recommend!
