I’ve used this storage unit a couple of times now and it’s always a great experience. Having 24-hour access is a huge plus and makes things so much easier. A special shout-out to Kimberly—she is fabulous! She truly goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy. She even helped manage my movers, making sure they stacked items higher to maximize the space. I really appreciated her taking charge and looking out for my best interests. Highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Kimberly assisted with our rental at the Walnut Creek location and she was absolutely stellar. it is rare to find genuine, thoughtful, and efficient customer service. Our gratitude for being the ray of sunshine amidst our exhaustion. As an experienced consumer renting storage units over thirty years in northern and southern California, I immediately appreciated the overall operation and property management. This company knows what they are doing and good at it - from the location/zip codes, security, cleanliness, efficiency - to hot coffee, clean bathroom, carts, lights...even our fellow renters greeted us with warmth and sincerity. We have had many problems with various self storage places. However, this location has been by far the best. The facility is well-kept and secure and never had any issues. The staff are also straightforward and helpful, specifically Logan and Paris who explained everything very clearly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable and stress-free experience!

Additionally, the facility itself has exceeded our expectations. It’s extremely clean, well-located, and offers convenient access hours. We’ve already found it to be extremely helpful.
