CubeSmart Self Storage - CA Vallejo Lemon Street

I left a 5X10 storage due to an increase two months after my unit was broken into. Precious priceless valuables were stolen and then to increase my fee was tacky, so I left. Cubesmart offered a 10X15 for nearly half of what I was about to pay so I jumped on it. Booking online was easy. The email and text communications were clear and I actually moved in 3 days earlier. When I noticed no one at the storage facility, I called the number posted, someone answered immediately and directed me to the office. I was shown the unit and move in was wast the same day. I highly recommend this location.

I use this facility to store my boat as well as a storage locker. The front desk people have always been just awesome , They have cameras for security as well as fencing around the facility I always felt my stuff was safe there thank you

I needed a space like yesterday and the gentleman who answered the phone was very easy to work with-- he got me set up electronically within minutes and with no fuss, no muss, I was driving to me very reasonably priced storage unit. The units look to be freshly painted and the grounds are impeccably clean. I wish business owners had 24-hr access, but the extended access hrs vs other facilities I researched, is the next best thing. I like that the month's payment corresponds with the move- in date, rather than being door on the 1st. Many deals to be had. I would recommend you check it out if you are looking for storage. My 10x30 unit comes with an electrical outlet!!

Your on the property staff is extremely rude don't know how to talk to a customer I purchased my unit a day earlier so I can move in the next day,she asked when I will I be moving in I told her tomorrow ,so I rented a truck went there and they still had there lock on there so I called no one answer so I called back a few time until they answer so I asked can someone come and unlock the unit she starts to hollering and screaming say that are on lunch and only reason she answered is because I kept calling and then hangs up in my face very very rude if I had more time I would have turned around and rent from someone else business
