Much nicer than the folks at Public Storage. Process was easy, everything explained clearly. So glad I was able to get the size locker I needed and it's less than 5 minutes from my new home at Bay Village.
Great management, clean facility, smoke free
I felt my possessions were very safe at this facility when previously renting from Anchor Storage; the management team is very helpful, and the price good, with the discount at the time, really helped. I'll be using this storage company again as it was a very good experience. Locked gates so not just anybody is coming in this facility which is good.

Friendly staff and very helpful. willing to work out a deal with me if I need an additional unit, so I can save $$$. Quiet location and indoor units, while not climate controlled, are very well protected from hot sun. Recommended.

This place is amazing, and management incredibly accommodating. Prices are WAY better than most storage facilities. Clean, well run, efficient. Highly recommend!

Magdalene was so amazing! She actually cares about you, and your security. And she was able to juggle so many other things, while still being super attentive and helpful to me. I had a not so good experience at a competitor’s storage place, earlier, and decided to come here. Better and safer location. Clean, and great pricing.

I was a walk-in and Ms. Brown was ready to assist and guide me through the process of obtaining a storage unit the best suited my needs. I genuinely appreciate her attention to the task at hand. During the processing of my application, there were two individuals whom gave no acknowledgement that she was in the midst of assisting me, however, she handled them with aplomb and professionalism and continued to assist me. Jeanne CI needed to de-clutter and prepare for a down-size move, and so I needed to find a convenient storage business. I compared locations, prices, and reviews and set up a couple of appointments to make my final decision. My first visit was to Anchor Storage - with Magdelene (she runs this location). My gosh - What a fun/funny feel-good experience it turned in to! She's certainly a breath of fresh air! During a tour of the facility, and seeing how clean, well-organized, and well-managed Anchor was I cancelled the rest of my appointments, rented a unit there and my day was done! (Except, or course, for the all of the movind and storing I still had to do! Lol!)
