My experience with this storage is exemplary. I found that the person working at the office was very helpful and in a very good mood. The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a storage.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Been a tenant there since 2016...when previous on site mgr was there, well taken care of & cust treated well. Since july 2023, owner fired his mgr(his long time friend btw) AND i have had nothing but problems since! Go ANYWHERE else as there are many other great facilities in Vacaville. Also since 2016 i have always paid my $400/mo storage in cash--no problem. In Nov 2023, one of on-site people Stole it from office floor & my nightmares began. Oh yeah, owners girlfriend, prev bookkeeper cant count change. In Oct 2023, she shorted herself $ 50. For ALL their supposed security they somehow NEVER take any responsibility... Hmmmm..buyer beware!!
forlexerGreat service, I came here as a point to offset the reviews, since this place gets a bad rap for bad service. The representative helped me for what I wanted in a decent amount of time, was respectful, and professional. The facilities are for the most part clean. You can help dust, and the general stuff that comes with big empty buildings pretty much. pricing isn't horrible either if you want to store a few things. the smallest you can go is tall but not deep so you might want to only put boxed things in there to stack. Again, the one star reviews are just disgruntled people that felt they were entitled to services that could not be offered.

Crazy O JayPrices can be haggled and you can catch a pretty good deal. I think the golden rules is just treat each other with respect and dignity and good things can come your way. Only downside is the lack of available storage units available. Since I don't know what baseline is for this business I'm accepting the I'm just super busy right now exception.
Justin S.This is a newer storage facility that is secure with alarms and fire suppression systems. The storage units are spotless this place actively supports our military veterans and communities. They helped out my daughter's girl scout troop when they were in a bind and needed a place to have a couple thousand cases of girl scout cookies delivered for cookie season. For those alone they will get my business.
