Kayla is a gem! She was very thorough in explaining the rules, the process in case of emergencies and reachable for questions. I have rented storage facilities in the past and this facility is head and shoulders above in terms of cleanliness and extremely well run!
Customer service with a smile
The day started out extremely hectic handling my regular work and needing an extra space, all which needed to happen by the end of month. A quick online search and stumbled upon Security Public Self Storage literally a half hour before they closed. The customer service rep was very helpful and made the fast transition to getting storage space fast. Tara at storage was very professional and although they were soon to close she was patient and smiled with no mention of soon to close. Very good customer service, from the initial call to the signing of the agreement and securing space.

I highly recommend Security Public Storage. The folks who work there (Kayla and Victoria) are always friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept well-maintained. I like the security system which provides an alarm if your storage locker is opened but you haven't used your gate code to enter the facility.
