Extra space storage has been amazing! I stored my Horse trailer, at the ranch where I boarded, however, it was in a very dusty spot with trucks and trailers going through daily. Though it was convenient because it was near my horse, I was in the process of selling it and I wanted it to continue looking beautiful after its wash and detailing. So I decided to move it to extra space storage while I was listing it for sale. It was such a great idea because this trailer stayed beautifully clean, and safe in their neet and tidy, and easy to access storage facility. I sold it quickly and efficiently In no small part because it was well taken care of at extra space storage. I highly recommend it!

Sue in particular has been the most helpful rep over the years, always calling with updates and offering solutions. Her caring customer service is what has kept me doing business at the thousand oaks location over the years. Give her a raise and a promotion!

katie williamThis place is terrible. I rent on a Monday tell them on Wednesday I won’t need it. On Wednesday I call and ask if I move out today can I get some money back they replied (Albert) yes. I drive over immediately and move my stuff out. Two hours after I move my stuff out they close my unit and said oh by the way you get no refund. I paid to have it 2 days. They locked me out after 2 days once they lied I’d get a refund if I move the stuff out. Rocks for brains south of the border typical. The response from the owner is fake….they blocked me…the response from the owner below is fake.
