This facility here in Temecula has been nothing but good to me. The front office, Vince and Katherin have been more than helpful. The facility is always clean and secure not one issue while I stored my precious items here. I recommend this site to anyone who needs a safe place to store their things.

The storage was very clean. It has air conditioning lights. Everything that you would need to be comfortable as you unload and load your things. Customer service is on point. They were very helpful very kind but one thing I can say is I did not like that I couldn’t get any reimbursement after paying $129. I only had my storage for a week and they wouldn’t bend so that was disappointing, but everybody has a policy they’re open until 10 PM which is awesome. I would rent there and recommend them to everybody.

My experience today with Vince was absolutely amazing! He was very cordial and very knowledgeable and respectful to me and my wife, he made us feel very comfortable about our choice to rent a storage unit at this location. His professional assistant and attention to detail was amazing and 2nd to none. I am very glad I made the choice to move forward with Extra Space Storage. Truth be told this was the 3rd third location that we visited today and we could not be more pleased with our choice. VINCEEE!!! The absolute best, so nice and understanding. To be honest, I was very worried giving you a call. I chose the "first month free" promo and I thought there would be a catch or something that I did wrong, but Vince helped me navigate the process and made sure I was good to go after that month was up. You would think there would be something off about this promo, but I was reassured that there's no catch! I was charged for what I used (just 1 extra day over the month) and then it was done!
