the unit was clean and everything was there
From a phone call to completion. Everything was done online. When I got to the place. Everything was ready. Very impressive.
So, I have a mixed review. On one hand, the price was fine, and the actual facility itself was fine, but my move-in day was a little bit chaotic. I got there right as the facility opened up at 6:00am, and I still had not received my access code. There was no one there to speak with, and so I had to call the phone number listed. Someone answered right away, which was fantastic, and she was able to pull the the access code for me. So, now I'm inside the gate. I was looking for my lot number, but after driving around for 15 minutes, I wasn't able to find it. The number listed on the account was R00#, and the closest I could find was R#. It was just really confusing and left me a little bit ticked off when I left.
Overall good experience. Very professional.
