Immaculate facilities!
I was blown away by this brand new storage facility and so glad that I ended up here due to the fact that it is near where my stuff is currently stored in a family member's garage and I won't be wasting gas In my Toyota Tundra going to a place further down the highway.

StorQuest stole my money. They weren’t open on the day I wanted to move out (on a Sunday) and then when I had to re-schedule my move-out and come back two days into the next month’s lease terms I was charged the full month. Customer service didn’t care at all and weren’t willing to help. The manager was very unhelpful, was more concerned about his conveniently scheduled 2pm lunch break that just happened to be 10 minutes from the time I arrived than helping me (I’m not sure why he couldn’t be flexible with his lunch break since he sits there doing nothing all day anyways) and I had to argue with him to simply do his very easy job on the day I moved out. I highly recommend you use another storage facility as there are plenty in the area. Never again!
