Excellent service, price and cleanliness
I was shopping for a storage spot for a few days and viewed several. Came across this spot and am extremely happy with it. The manager, Jonathan, was very helpful and nice. The pricing was excellent compared to other places in the area. It is in a quiet spot, is roomy for trucks and or trailers as well as super clean. Nice access with elevators and well lit. Would recommend this if you want a clean and affordable storage option.

The time it took from walking in, signing up, utilization instructions, the rules and inspecting my unit. Less than 10 mins (estimated). John took my drop off at the closing time Raymond gave me all the info I needed to cut my moving costs by half by scheduling the most cost-effective route to getting everything knocked out. I went in there only needing to pick up an auto transport. I ended up scheduling/pickingup my moving truck, auto transport at this location and got a great deal on storage unit for our extra stuff while we wrap up our move. Great neighborhood, safe storage, high quality unit, great staff. Highly recommend this storage site.

When returning my rental, Raymond the super star he is, was on top of everything! Super quick getting me checked in, helping me get all the small details ironed out so that there was less hassle for both of us, and extremely professional. 10/10 going to recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. I recommend going to the counter and asking for the one guy that can get you in and out with zero hassle, Raymond Sapiera!
Josh MroczkaLove this storage location. I had a bad experience with a different chain facility before moving here. The staff is great, the storage units are new and clean, the prices are better than most and everyone I’ve met is helpful and friendly. The only thing that you need to be aware of is the buildings and gates automatically lock at 9 pm for safety so you have to plan accordingly. A small trade off for having peace of mind knowing everything is safe. They also rent U-hauls which saved having to pay extra miles to move everything.

I couldn't get anyone to help me load my king size mattress so I attempted to do it myself. Well it turned out just as you would expect. One of the guys in the office gave me an extra hand getting it onto the top of my vehicle. Saved the day. Thanks Rockville Storage!
