Supper easy and friendly! With out any headaches
The experience with Public Storage Store #21017 was great on all levels. Service and response was great, the facility is a great value for the money compared to other parts of Santa Rosa with high tech security and on-site managers that really pay attention. The roughest part has been giving a review that does not require me to create an account on Yelp or Google. I want to tell the world that this is a great facility buy I don't want to register for accounts to do so.
So far we've had a great experience. We need a place to store items for a few months during some home improvement and being able to check prices online, reserve a spot, but then also go and check it out during flexible times have made this very simple. I like having no contract because we don't know exactly how long we need and also the flexibility to upgrade to another size if needed.
