Did everything online. Went in met the manager who was very nice and friendly. Got my unit and the codes to gates. Easy and great prices.

Won't let you cancel youre account and will charge you for another. Month even if all ur stuff is out on the 1st of month and u explain u want to cancel why would u be charged for a. Month of storage ur. Not using? + misleading promotions hidden fees no $1 first month or waived fees
