Awesome Facility. Very Clean. I wish they had the hours of operation little bit longer in the evenings.

My husband just passed and I found myself having to move, I wasn't having a good day by a long shot. I walked into the store on Dam Road and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcoming atmosphere that I received from the young lady who said she was the Manager of the store. This young lady was personable, extremely knowledgeable, a young lady with a sense of humor. Mind you that this young lady didn't know what I was going through nevertheless she treated me like family. She even helped me take all the items that I purchased to my car. It was extremely refreshing a true pleasure interacting with this young lady. I'm telling all my family about her in hopes to throw business her way. So please keep her you would be crazy to do anything less.

SHARMIKA & SHERRY are the best workers at this facility. They deserve a SECURITY guard on duty. They're soooo HELPFUL, PLEASANT & just GREAT PEOPLE who do their jobs WELL. They actually take PRIDE in what they do. If I could rate them 10 STARS I would, they took great care of my MOTHER & I truly APPRECIATE their help. I miss JESSICA she's also a GREAT MANAGER & JORDON was AWESOME as a DISTRICT MANAGER. JESSICA is at a NEW LOCATION but she should've been the NEW DISTRICT MANAGER. I feel like IRIS could've done MORE for my mother than she did.

I have used multiple public storage's and have dealt with many of there employees, but I have to say the property manager Nicole here is absolutely by far the best. She is always super sweet and helpful. She goes out of her way to assist and satisfy her customers. Nicole is always polite patient and professional no matter what is going on. I've seen Nicole in action she had a customer that was yelling at her and being rude. She also had myself and 3 other waiting not to mention the rental she was doing. Nicole never lost her cool she was AMAZING. I always make sure to go when she is working because she is the only one at that property that actually does anything and makes sure your helped and satisfied. I've gone there when she's off and its just not the same. The other girls there are not friendly or helpful there always on there phone and most of the time the office will be locked lights off . I know I sure do appreciate it Nicole she is the best. Your lucky to have someone as talented and dedicated to her job as she is. Nicole there does the job of 2 at least this property use to always have 2 people staffed there but ever since Nicole has been up here she is always by herself and she does an amazing job and yet when she's not working there are two and the service is terrible. NICOLE YOUR THE BEST
