I am very pleased with how quick I was in my unit. Made reservation online to move in next day. And next day I was in a big hurry to pick up u haul truck and what I thought was going to take forever. Only took 7 min.

Anthony CamposIt's a great place to store your stuff. Good prices clean. There's a restroom here you can use open at a good time. The only thing is is that if you do rent to here make sure you get extra locks cuz it seems like every so often the lock that I put on the storage unit gets damaged or something to where it doesn't work properly I've had this one for about a year and I've got to change the lock twice. Other than that great spot.

In less than a year and a half- it went up to a little over $120/month. Seems a bit steep for a 5x5 storage unit. An advisory for anyone to be mindful of their advertised low rates.

Out of bitterness checked to see if there was something more affordable with safety and cleanliness in mind. We found it!! This place is worth the move!! Centrally located in San Marcos and recently under new ownership we called the 877 number on line got Anthony. He was a fast talker (my favorite) and explained everything. However there were a few things I had questions about that were specific to the location. Anthony gave me the direct number to the San Marcos storage manager on site. Francis, the on site Manager answered on the first ring! She is beyond knowledgeable with the ability to get us in with full transparency. Done and done! In a world going digital it's crazy to think that my experience with the customer care at Extra Space Storage has made my day.. :) Moving from my previous place this is saving me about 250$ a month for the same size unit with a 4 month pre pay start up. Thank you!
