I was satisfied with Public till the moment that i had to vacate my unit after only one week due to a severe back injury that made it impossible to continue the use of #709B. When I contacted the manager - Aeila and explained the situation my understanding was she was going to prorate the week usage and at that point Public Storage could continue to rent out the remaining three weeks that I had paid for thinking that the manager would refund or at least credit me for a future use. I had to send my wife in because i was in too much pain to relinquish the agreement, but when my wife came back to the car she said to me that after speaking and reminding the manager about our previous conversation just a few hours earlier, the managers said to her that she did not have that conversation with me and I had to eat the money that was charged although i still had 3 weeks of paid storage at $140.04. It made no sense for me to give the unit up so quickly if no reimbursement or credit was going to be applied. So my end result opinion at this point is totally disappointing with Public Storage. I'm hoping someone in corporate will review my experience and compensate me appropriately and that i wont have to Share a negative rating. Thank You
