Had nice tour of the storage unit I chose & the required paperwork.
I was greeted with a knowledgeable & efficient staff. We toured the storage unit I was interested in leasing. The facility grounds was very clean. Staff explained the pricing & discounts. I chose a 6 mos lease. I completed the required paperwork which went smoothly. I had leased a unit approximately 15 yrs ago so I was familiar with the process.

Superior Self Storage in the Pocket. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and interior of the units. The staff have excellent customer service. We rented two units while have home repairs/rennovations for 2 months.

Needed some extra climate-controlled storage, and this facility fit the bill perfectly. Paperwork was easy, the office and storage is clean, tidy and well-secured, price is very reasonable.

I needed a storage fast and I was not in the mood to waste time and Jose was very polite , got me the right unit and i had a unit in under 20 min. Facility is clean and maintained. Located in a nice area and secure. You can access your unit 6am till 10pm every day . Cheaper than most other storage places.
cat knittI looked for a storage place that's close to where I live. I went to check out the units just to shop around first. It met what I needed so I signed a lease. The front person was nice and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed when l looked at the units. The lease process was quick and everything is explained clearly in the contract. The storage is open from 6am until 10pm.

I can not say enough positive things about this location and their employees. Ultra clean and organized. Easy rental process. They are a role model for all other storage facilities.
