Facility was very clean
I have in the last few years used several different storages and this was the cleanest. The price was excellent also.
Started with $40 for 5x10 6 months later
Went from $40 to $76 and now $110. Read your contracts! I won't make that mistake again. I have to look for another unit I can't afford 110 I don't even have a full unit now and not paying that much for what little is in there.
Somewhat complicated move into storage
There is a main office on the "basement" floor near Park Dr. and Arnold Dr. They have two garages to deposit any items (must be rear parked and opening requires keypad code). They also have a "first floor entrance" too that is behind Safeway. Access hours are good at 6 am- 10 pm. You will need to present proof of insurance otherwise they will tack on additional charges. They will correct if you show them within the first week. Move outs have to be announced 3-4 days prior.

Of all the storage facilities I’ve visited, Prime Storage in Rocklin is by far the best. It’s clean, well-lit, and offers very competitive pricing. The location is new and has a wide range of unit sizes to fit any need. What really sets this place apart—and something I haven’t found anywhere else—is the indoor loading and unloading bays. Pulling in feels like entering your own garage, which adds a great sense of safety, especially if you’re there after hours. It’s also a huge plus during the summer heat and incredibly convenient during the rainy season. The prices are very competitive, and the staff—Dustin and Heather—are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. I highly recommend this storage facility and location!

In my experience, as long as you fulfill your obligations and remain courteous, you won't encounter the issues some others have mentioned. It's worth noting that rent increases after an initial promotional rate are common at most storage facilities. While I don't necessarily agree with it, this is standard practice and part of their business model. What I appreciate most about this location is the clean, brightly lit, and secure facility, along with the friendly staff. The dock doors and indoor loading zone are particularly convenient features.
