Beware of the predatory billing practices here. They use low introductory rates to get you in, then immediately pivot to aggressive and frequent price hikes that far exceed any standard market adjustment. They bank on the fact that moving your belongings is a hassle, essentially holding your items hostage while they bleed you with "price creep" and hidden fees. Between the lack of transparency and the total disregard for long-term customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Don't let the initial "deal" fool you.

I’ve just begun working with them but so far everything has been great. While rates may be a tiny bit higher than the national chains, you can lock in for 12 months (and 13th month free during current promotion), while apparently at those places it’s month to month and they’re likely to jack your rates way up within 3-4 months. Also gave a 10% senior discount. Friendly staff and very convenient location. Clean facility which felt air conditioned (not 100% positive if that’s so). They’ll also store your car.

I had my fully equipped 26-foot travel trailer stolen from this storage facility, and I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of actual security here. Even though you’re required to enter a code to get in, it does nothing to keep the place secure. They rent out parking stalls for daily use, which means random people are constantly entering and leaving the premises. Every time I visited, I saw cars parked in front of my trailer, giving these individuals plenty of time to scope out and plan the theft. On top of that, the security cameras don’t work, and no one saw anything when my trailer was taken. I had two locks, but if I’d known how unsafe it was, I would have added extra security like my own camera and additional wheel locks. If you’re considering this facility, think twice and make sure to add heavy-duty security to your belongings—or better yet, look for a more secure storage option elsewhere.

We started renting space here in 2011 or 2012, and initially it was good. A little bit of price creep over time, but what are you gonna do. Then we needed a bigger unit, it was a lot more money. Price increases became more frequent, for no apparent reason. On top of that, the unit was broken into. Possibly more than once. We discontinued last year. If we need storage again, we won't be looking here.
