Easy Process
Paperwork was straight forward, the customer service was great and he went over all the contract details. Very good pricing on car storage.
I was very impressed with the move-in process.
Move-in process was very efficient and Brandon answered all my questions and even offered to help me spot my trailer when I brought it in for storage.

This facility is shady! I was a renter of a unit back in January and all was well. However things cut to an end shortly after, my grandparents passed away and they did not live instate. I left to go to my family, and I was very open and communicated it with the facility on when I would return to pay my bill. There is an entire email thread! Long story short they auctioned off my unit however they did not know I was the one bidding on my own unit the pictures that were posted on the online auction show 0 damages to my unit 0 holes in the wall the UNIT was even red key locked the out with a deadlock only the manager has access the pictures were taken on Wednesday 07/24/2024 when I went this morning to pay fully 07/26/2024 and get into my unit once they unlocked it for me I found it broken into holes inside the wall!!! THEY DID NOT INFORM ME IT WAS BROKEN INTO!!! both my neighboring units items perfectly packed packed all the way to the top. There was only 1 way in and 1 way out with 4 GIANT TOTES! the totes can not fit in the holes that magically appeared inside the unit! STAY CLEAR OR THEY WILL TAKE YOURE ITEMS!!!! Below are the pictures they even went through my items to say online what was inside my boxes and what wasn't! They even put items that weren't mine inside the unit! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Scott StuartMy vehicle broke down and I had to find a place for my enclosed trailer immediately, and from the first contact to when my trailer was picked up 2 months later, these folks were super fantastic and friendly. It is a nice, easy gated facility with access to I-10 within blocks. You can't go wrong here folk!
JThis is a nice self-storage lot with some room for outdoor wheeled vehicle storage. The only bump is that renting a spot is more complicated than it needs to be, especially if one is trying to rent storage for a 501(c)-type corporation.
Samantha CapistranUnits are very clean, spacious, have it’s own light, rates are fair, they give you the option of an insurance at an affordable rate, you can also use your own insurance if you already have one. The personal are very professional, explained every step of the contract and rules making sure we understand and if I had questions were all answered. I’m very fortunate I for doing business with A Storage Place.
Irene BeamanThis is the 4th time in 25 years I have used this facility. Although the name has changed the customer service is as excellent as always. Eddie and Eternity were amazing. The property is so well maintained and always kept clean, I love the security they provide. I am very happy they had the size unit I needed and the price is very reasonable. If anyone needs a clean safe place to store their things this is the place to go to.
