We had a great time with Melissa and Adam great folks to meet and get to know.
Well I made a reservation and when it was time for me to move in according to only one individual that had no storage for me he refused to even let me get a bigger unit and prorate the price and just a very nasty person to me on the phone hung up on me and I had to get managers involved and stuff and I'm not even wanting to rent there I don't know this person named Reese never met this person don't even know what this individual looks like but he absolutely refused to write me a storage unit and he lied because I had him on my voicemail confirming my reservation I had multiple messages from him but when it came down to it for me rent you from him he absolutely refused to write me a storage space. Very nasty person. I feel he/ she should not have a job working with the public. Maybe work from home? Idk. Just my opinion. Everyone else I had spoke to that same day stated that there was plenty of storage units available and they were completely very nice to me even his district manager everyone was nice to me except for that person don't know him so it can't be anything personal I have never done anything to him I don't know him so whatever it was that bothered reece so much he should have separated that from his work that's not very good work ethic at all.
