Great customer service and great prices. I checked online showed many availability and decided to rent it the next day. Came to rent it and Glenda showed me some units and I picked one. Very efficient and quick service. Glenda is very helpful and professional. Thank you!

It started off bad because one of the sales rep was not forthcoming. I was contacted by another representative, I explained the experience I had that literally took my trust immediately. The representative was very apologetic and I was still in need of a storage so hopefully the trust can build from here

Place was clean and on site customer service was excelent. Especially Alexis. She even remembered me by my first name. When it comes to pricing, BEWARE. Also the sad thing is that if anyone complains on a review, they respond with LIES and COVERUP STORIES without an option to call them out WITH PROOF!!! My daughter and son in law rented two smaller units from them based on my referral. I started the madness a few months back when a very clean and nice unit was offered to me at an excelent price. I knew it was a promo for the first month alone. But for my rent to increase almost 100% on month number 4 IS OUT OF LINE. I happened to be out of town when the increase notice came through. I jokingly answered their notice ( for 1.5 months out ) assuming it was a mistake. I was reassured it was not. The increase was…. are you sitting down? From $ 169 a month to…… $ 307 !!!!!!!! Of course I paid it and continued doing so until I returned and made serious arrangements to move out. But then the weather turned and… their downstairs units ALL of them got plenty of humidity through the concrete floors . It was effervescence that occurs when high water levels infiltrate the soil around a building. It was really bad right in front and side of my unit. Their own maintenance crew set up cones in the basement everywhere. I documented all that and on move out day, WHEN I SAW THE EXTENT of the damage to my cherished possessions, while the moving crew had to RIP CARDBOARD BOXES that were STUCK TO THE FLOOR, I contacted the office and sent plenty of videos and pics of everything only to be called ( indirectly ) A LIAR???? They said there is not enough evidence that the damaged did not occur from something I STORED???? Their entire downstairs had cones on all perimeter walls and all the way up to the elevators!!! Did I CAUSE THAT TOO? I was so happy to move into my brand new home that I let it all be until my daughter’s review and also recent 1 star reviews caught my attention . SHAME ON YOU ALL Liquids are NOT allowed to be stored inside your premises per your contract we signed. We are the law following kind of people YOU would have plenty to learn from. There were NO LIQUIDS stored inside our unit(s) . I wish the owners THE SAME heartache I felt looking at the moldy and rusted family memorabilia (brought over from Europe) that I had to discard. SHAME ON YOU . Live and learn but THIS was a hard one to swallow.

Miguel and Alexis were so helpful. My boyfriend and I were able to secure a unit same day and received informative and personable service. Miguel gave us so much information and made the process seamless. The facility is clean and well surveilled. Alexis was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

The facility is clean and the staff members are very friendly, particularly Alexis. The good stops here. Price increases began after four months and continued twice a year until I said "enough is enough". Given the time and costs associated with moving in/out of a unit, I was looking at this as a long term operational storage solution for my business. Unfortunately, the ownership does not value your contribution to his business and will raise your prices until you simply bleed out. BE WARNED...Not a good long term solution for anyone.
