Placerville Self Storage

Great experience. But didn’t realize I went through a third party and was told we could go in the same day. At the time the office was closed it was a Sunday. Whelp we couldn’t go in till the following day. It ended working out but just a bit disappointed. It was a miscommunication. People at the unit the next day were wonderful.

This is perfect fast easy and assessable

Ordering my unit online was easy. Everything was clearly spelled out. Jennifer clearly explained the procedure when I checked in. Unit was easily accessible, drove up to it, backed up my truck, and unloaded my items. This is going to work out perfectly for me. Also nice to know if I need a larger unit, no problem.

Staff have always encouraged communication and there customer service ethics have always had solution to my storage needs.It is a pleasure being part of there family.Thank You Self Storage in Placerville Locust St. :)

We were greeted nicely despite the fact that there was an unpleasant incident just before we arrived. She apologized for the inconvenience and was obviously affected by the encounter but she made sure we were taken care of and dealt with as promptly as she could. I feel for her having to deal with unpleasant people by herself. She was professional and a definite asset to your company.
