Office staff was very helpful. There was an issue with pricing based on what I was quoted online and what their units cost, but the office manager was very helpful and resolved it quickly.
The units are newer, up front, outside and roll-up door. easy to use. The employees are very helpful. and the use of the hand truck and the truck is very nice.
Only thing that didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work in our favor is the size of the doors. We had to wiggle our stuff in which took more time and ended up scratching some of it.
So far, I've had no problems and have enjoyed the help I've received in moving in
Other than getting into the place the location is well situated. It is quite and clean. It would be nice if we had 24 hour access. Also, the first night I moved in we ran a little past the time frame and got locked in. Police came. But management called me and got me out. They were helpful.
