Came in and was greeted by a beautiful lady with gorgeous eyes can’t remember her name but she has the best customer service. I don’t go to my space that much but today I came in and was greeted by her. My rate went up and she was able to get my rate fixed, I really appreciate the great customer service, she even showed me how to work the mobile app. I hope you guys know what manager this is, tell her she is amazing. Good job public storage

Jen BrownThis was my first experience needing storage. The area is generally kept pretty clean and even has restrooms. It is easy access, close to food and freeways. The staff is ultra professional and friendly. They even have carts to help transport your items from the car to the units. And this is temperature controlled...I left some dry stable food and a plant in the unit while moving living spaces for a week. Everything was still cool and dry! Highly recommended. Awesome experience at the California Drive in Pittsburg. Manager and staff are awesome giving heartfelt customer service. Thank you PS team!!!
