Overall, Sierra Highway Storage is a good place to keep your personal items. What I don’t like is that the price seems to go up every few months — I started paying about $50 per month and now my unit costs over $100. On the positive side, they don’t hassle you about payment; I’ve been late several times and haven’t had any trouble.
Anna AntunaClean place yes! But we have only been here for 3 months. When we came in they had just lowered the price 2 days prior. The man that helped us said that’s great for you. Now you’re paying $150 & that’s a great price. You’re locked in they can’t raise the price on you. So that sealed the deal. Well we got a letter raising prices. So my husband went in to talk to the manager & he was a jerk! It was a lie & he chose not to work with us. He said it doesn’t matter what the other guy said. So we moved out our stuff. I went to the office to ask for a refund for the remaining days on the rental and they said they don’t prorate. So nice of them. Now they have another empty unit. Hopefully more people will move out. Not the way to do business!

Denise CaouetteI had a very good experience with Sierra highway self storage they have really nice employees large units reasonable prices if anybody needs a great place to store your belongings I recommend Sierra highway self storage they also have a alarm system for your unit so if someone comes in and they start messing with your unit but alarm will go off because I thought that was a good thing with people these days you never know and they're the only storage facility if you get a specific size unit they will let you use their truck for the day in town only and you put the gas in or fill it up when you're done if there is more than five stars I give them a 10 anyways thank you Sierra highway self storage for my great experience
