Chris was very helpful on premises when I wasn’t able to be there due to a funeral out of state. He made sure the moving guys did everything correctly, recommended a secure lock for me, and when I was able to go out there to check everything a week later, we changed the codes and he gave me a brief tour of the area where my stuff is stored with the rules for storage again. He was/is very polite and professional. I appreciated it in such a challenging time.
I had movers put my stuff in storage. Chris contacted me, explained the process for move-in, recommended a more secure lock, and scheduled an in-person meet. He was polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I received pics of the storage. Everything looked clean and neat. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll know more when I go there in person, but the area seemed good also,
