I had such an amazing experience with CubeSmart in Ontario, and I genuinely have to recognize Andrea, David, and Dre for making everything so easy and stress-free. Before I even arrived, David and Dre were absolutely fantastic. They called me multiple times to confirm my reservation, explain the entire process clearly, and make sure I fully understood everything before move-in day. That level of communication and customer service immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right storage company. They were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. On the actual day, Andrea went above and beyond. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She checked in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with my unit. What really stood out to me was how accommodating she was — she even offered me the option to switch storage units if I needed more space for my belongings. That flexibility and willingness to help made such a huge difference. What I loved most about this experience was how simple, smooth, and surprisingly enjoyable the whole process felt. Moving and storage can usually be stressful, but the team here made it feel easy and organized. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and professionally run, and the customer service was honestly top-tier. I have rented parking spaces and storage units at different cubesmarts and I would have to say this one is my favorite. The people that work there are very nice. The place is always clean and the renters are respectful. And of course, the prices are fair. I know that matters a lot to me especially right now.

Went today to cube smart and had a great experience because of the customer service the one who took care off us was dree he was very helpful and patient I had been to there office before and have never got great customer service like today hope all there other location have the customer service like the one he provides since you walk in the door he greets you and explains any question you have.
