Clean, secure and friendly!
I have used another storage place before. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not using them again. I found this location after checking reviews. I am so glad I went with them. The place is clean, there is an amazing amount of security measures and the father daughter team are very nice! I was there close to gate closing time and was able to see them working at keeping the area clean!

Eric was great. I was able to do all of the signing up on my phone. Pretty amazing, right! He stayed with me until the very end. I do mean the very, very end. Everything I wrote down was found at my storage facility. All I had to do was give them a picture of my license. Easy Peasy!
I like that people don't hang out all day in their units
The staff at Gateways keep the property free of people hanging out in their units. It is uncomfortable to go in at night.

Oakley Gateway Self Storage has been a really easy and positive experience. Renting a unit online was simple, and once everything was set up, there was very little need to interact with anyone, which made the process even more convenient. The facility is always clean and feels safe, the staff is friendly when you do see them, and the bathroom is well maintained. Overall, it’s a clean, secure, and hassle-free storage option that I would definitely recommend. I also want to highlight how incredibly helpful the staff is here. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been patient, understanding, and truly focused on finding a solution. They take the time to listen and make sure everything is handled smoothly, which makes the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and that makes a big difference.
