great experience overall. only downside if I had to choose are the limited hours with closing time at 6pm which makes planning around your day to pick up or store stuff at your unit a slight challenge depending on your personal schedule.
Customer service was excellent and super friendly
This is my favorite storage place so far. I really like not having to block other storage units when I park my car at the main building and the staff is very friendly!

From the assistance I received on the phone to the walk-through at the rental lot, the customer service was first-rate. Professional and courteous service has become rare but was present in every aspect of my experience with Personal Storage. The physical property was in outstanding condition and well-secured. I couldn't be happier.
