My wife and I were in need of a 5x5...
My wife and I were in need of a 5x5 unit just to store some overflow from our home. I inquired at public storage and found the property manager very friendly and helpful. Entering the rental agreement was quick and easy and everything was explained step by step and took a total of about 15 minutes to go from being swamped with boxes to everything neatly stored. I highly recommend this location.
I had a good experience with them. On my moving out of my unit it was after 5 on a Friday I caught Carol as she was leaving told her I need to do my vacate so I would not get charged another day. She was very nice and clocked back in and checked me out. She was very professional.

angelo nicodemosYes, on the first day I was very happy with the service and dedication of Mrs. Donna, but I came back to use the equipment and I confess I'm disappointed. I went in with my employees and took some time to leave my tools, and there was a damn truck in the main street. I had to reverse my trailer because all the streets were blocked with lots of things hanging out of the stalls. This was absurd!!! I had to turn around and leave over $5,000 worth of tools in my trailer in front of a disappointing hotel. The hoarders on the corner street, in the block next to mine, scattered a bunch of stuff all over the street, making it impossible to walk anywhere. And imagine me with a damn trailer, unable to maneuver and turn around, I had to reverse and leave through the gate in reverse! I was so indignant about that!!!!
