After touring other buildings, I was so happy to come across this facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so bright and clean! The attendant Karin was just wonderful as well.

The manager Dan went above and beyond to help me out. The space was clean and the security was very nice.
Worth the extra 15min drive
We moved for Simi to Fillmore and needed storage its was $30 more a month in either Fillmore and Simi. We are not the type to have to visit our stuff every week so it works for us. We got there and surprised on how nice it was and Jasmine was very helpful thanks so much looking for to a long drama free stay with you guys.

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful paperwork was quick and easy. The facility was clean and easily accessible there were elevators and carts; price was reasonable highly reccomend this storage facility.

I rented a climate controlled unit here for about 5 years. It was an excellent place to keep a climate controlled unit as I had items such as my backup violin and computers that needed to stay in good condition. When it was time to move out, I simply gave a few days notice and spoke to the manager (Alexander Smith) and it was a seamless experience. Never had a single problem at this place, although I wish they did open past 9PM!
Novak AyarzaI don't usually write reviews but sometimes a place is really worth it. One of those places is Storage Etc in Chatsworth (Lassen St). The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and their customer service is second to none. I feel very safe and secure there and James and Alex are fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 5 star service across the board - highly recommended.
LombardWas debating where to go for a storage unit but I'm glad I ended up here, James the manager was very helpful and friendly. Was worried about break ins but nothing happened while I was renting at this place. Clean, temperature control, different units with different sizes indoor and outdoor and they have a little flat car you can borrow.

No matter how many times I have difficulty with my lock, they stop and take the time to assist me. They aren't just there taking up space on the property.
