My experience at Extra Space Storage was absolutely outstanding! Rodrigo helped me over the phone and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect storage unit. He reassured me every step of the way and gave fantastic advice and he was 100% right! I’m extremely happy with the unit I chose. When I arrived, Deserie at the front desk was incredible! She had such an amazing vibe , super friendly, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. She made the entire process quick, smooth, and actually enjoyable. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and in a safe location. Plus, I love that you can drive right up to your unit on the 1st, 2nd, and even 3rd floors I’ve never seen anything like that before! Huge thank you to Rodrigo and Deserie for making my storage experience the best it could possibly be. Highly recommended!

He clearly explained the agreement, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. When I arrived, the facility was extremely clean, well maintained, and organized, which made me feel safe and confident storing my belongings there. Rodrigo was professional, helpful, and efficient, and he made what could have been a complicated process feel simple. I really appreciate how smooth and convenient everything was, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I left feeling completely confident and grateful for his help. Highly recommend his service — he made the whole process easy and pleasant!
J SWorst customer service I have ever experienced. Rodrigo had an extremely poor attitude from the start. He spoke down to me, belittled me for no reason, and addressed me as if I were a child. At one point he said, “No, I need to hear you say you won’t do this,” which felt completely inappropriate and condescending. I came in simply to rent a storage unit something I would be paying for, yet he treated the interaction as if I were asking for a home loan. He repeatedly made comments like, “I don’t have to do this. I don’t have to give you the first month free promotion if I don’t want to,” which came across as threatening and unprofessional. The entire experience threw me off and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service should make clients feel valued, not belittled.
Jason HaroThe guys were super helpful and friendly. Booked a unit within 10 minutes of arriving. Units were super clean and spacious—the layout of the facilities were also 10/10. Being able to drive your car through the ground level to access your unit is a game changer.
