I am so happy with how renting my storage unit went. It was extremely easy and quick . Let's talk about how good the pricing is also especially in these times when it's ruff. The customer service is so nice to have and see to be treated so politely and so helpful. Malachi was so helpful and so generous and polite. I’ve purchased boxes and packaging materials which are available in the office. So far it has been a breeze and I’m very satisfied. 👍
Rich BrickerDon’t waste your money, go elsewhere. Rented a 10x25 April 2024 for $110 and now it’s May 2025 and they have tripled, yes tripled rent. Bonus is we have a complete rat infestation they state they are trying to fix yet corrugated sheet metal siding has 2” gaps every 6” so access from everywhere to access your unit. Arrived this am to move out and gate broken. Final straw.

I was personally shown several units until I found one that was best suited for my needs. All the units as well as the grounds were super clean. The paperwork was efficient and didn’t take much time at all. They even had a generous promotion available. Overall, I was very happy with my first day of renting from Extra Space Storage. 🙂
